Wednesday 9th – Chinese with Andy Chu
Andy Chu was with us earlier in the year to celebrate the Chinese New year. He is returning to give us another oriental experience extraordinaire! £12.95 per person – please book.

Sunday 13th
The Steam Boat Association Rally will be steaming in for lunch. Come down to view some lovely vessels with power from a bygone era. BBQ available.

Wednesday 16th – MG Owners
Some classic cars with some rather classic owners! From 6.30pm.

Saturday 19th – Disco Dave
Members Birthday Party with Disco Dave. We have a birthday party this evening, but all are welcome to join in! Food available.

Saturday 26th – Caribbean Beach Party
The summer is here – so let’s party!! Wear your best flowery shirt, some flip flops and your shades and get feelin’ Irie. From 7.30pm Barbecue and Rum Punch available.

Wednesday 30th – Old Boys Lunch
A lunch for tales of Minesweepers, Tugs, Landing Craft, Customs Boats War-Ships and some great Friend-Ships too, all made here at Dorset Lake.

Members event only. To celebrate 12 years of Lake Yard. From 5pm.

Iron out your flares, polish up your platforms for some serious Disco Fever!! Brandy and Babycham on arrival (this is a classy place you know!) and a bottle of Bubbly for the best dressed. Pineapple Hedgehogs and Black Forest Gateaux available (joking! – do you really think Tim would allow this?)

Tuesday 11th – Old Boys Re-union evening.
Mary says, “Turn up or else, or this will be our last one!!” Now you do not want to be in Mary’s bad books .

By huge demand – the return of our Popular Gourmet Evenings. Please note these will now be on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

In conjunction with our Old Boys Section, we have been introduced to the Poole Flying Boat Celebration. The history of flying boats in Poole Harbour, including here in Hamworthy, is fascinating. We are planning a combined event with our Hamworthy History Day early in October. Watch for details.
