Rear Deck
An exceptionally spacious teak faced area suitable for lounging
or outside dining. A large locker, supported on gas struts,
gives excellent access to the engine bay and engine start
batteries. This area also has two voluminous storage lockers,
plus two gas bottle lockers. The rear deck gives easy access
to the deep walk around decks, which are well protected with
guard rails and handrails at every stage, this feature giving
superb protection when mooring, manoeuvring or even sunbathing
on the large areas forward.
Galley and Pilot House
The Pilot House is accessed through the rear teak door and
has headroom in the walk through area of 6’2”
to 6’4”. Standing allows for close quarter manoeuvring
with sight line above the roofline. There are sliding side
windows with good all-round views from the galley. The helm
and navigators bucket seats swivel to provide seating for
up to six persons around the folding leaf table. The galley
offers an “L” shaped settee; full size 2-burner
gas cooker with grill and oven, and a full size fridge. There
is a stainless steel sink with hot and cold taps, drainage
area and large worktop space. There is plentiful storage in
the form of drawers and cupboards, and all the furniture is
crafted from warm American Cherry. The option of an extra
double berth can be arranged with the table lowered to seating
height. Two wide shallow steps lead to the Owners Cabin.
Helm Area
The Helm and Navigator seats are fitted with adjustable pedestals
to suit everyone. The helm area incorporates the engine controls,
full instrument panel, trim tab controls, leg trim controls,
compass, horn, 2 windscreen wipers, full switch and fuse panel.
There is also for your convenience a chart locker, chart light
and two large overhead sliding hatches.
Owner’s Cabin
A spacious area with 6’1” headroom, this cabin
has a full-length double berth with under drawers. There is
a hanging wardrobe, spot reading lights and basin with vanity
unit and seat. For natural light there are two portholes,
to port and starboard, and a large overhead deck hatch.
Guest Cabin
This cabin comes with two single full-length berths, with
a fill in as an optional extra. The headroom is again spacious
with a maximum 6’2”. Storage is in the form of
a hanging locker. There are spot reading lights, an overhead
deck hatch and porthole.
Heads
This space boasts a Marine toilet with hinged lid, shower unit, basin with
hot and cold taps, mirror and storage cupboards. There is a deck ventilation hatch
and porthole.
Side Access Door
On the port side the Delphis 10 has been fitted with a fold down side access
door. |
